There are some regular, long time, posters who are auto approved, posts
will appear within minutes. Others may take a few hours as the

Your issue is with your usenet provider, whoever it may be.
I see 2 posts from you on 11/21, 3 on 11/22, 1 each 11/23, 11/24, and 6
today. You would receive a reject notice if you were sending spam or
inappropriate posts.

One obvious exception to receiving a return notice is where the poster
- as in the case of Lucky - used a munged email address.
Nevertheless, in this situation there were no returns and we agree
with Joe that his problem is with his usenet. In fact, Lucky was on
the fast approval list - as evidenced by his off-topic post asking if
he was welcome here. <grin>
