Just yesterday (14 November 2008) I was walking in Victoria Street, and
opposite Saint Vincent's Hospital I was approached by an African man who
worked for a United Nations Agency who wanted to talke about human
rights abuses in Africa.

I asked, "Are you in any way associated with this Roman Catholic
Institution?"

He said, "No!"

I said, "I've tired of receiving SPAM from African agencies--do you
think you can do something about that human rights abuse?"

Whilst he was nonchalant--it is the absence of duty to State and the
lack respect for the autonomic right posed by such organizational
practice--that the Human Rights issues in Africa could be addressed by
resolving these concerns.

Justice department here in South Africa for the transfer of rights and

parties involved to discuss modalities of sharing with you.

U.S$7.7million (75%) (U.S$28,875 Million) for us and U.S$1.925million
(5%) for taxation and miscellaneous expenses. The disbursement pattern
still remain as agreed percentage if taxation in your country takes a

Dear Microsoft,

when will this SPAM as human rights abuse which has been incessant now
for over 10 years, stop?

For months (no for years) I have been subjected to SPAM as a result of
posting to religious discussion forums.

I consider this SPAM to constitute a disrepect of my humn rights under
the Commonwealth of Australis as religious, racial and sexual
vilification engaged in by Australians with delusional claims to
Religious belief and unprincipled conduct by them as disrespect to duty
to State.

The religious asceticism bit isn't quite true--there was the time when I
was in Melbourne, and I went to the Jewish Synagogue {Toorak Rd] upon
the occasion I received a new birth certificate with a change of
name--that the name Dolf Boek was subscribed to an individual following
legislative amendment in the State of Victoria which enabled emendation
of birth records and organizationally by authority of the Police Gazette.

On that occasion I refused to touch the Torah Scroll as it was offered
to me by the Melbourne Rabbi--the same Rabbi I might add who said a
prayer in Hebrew for me on the telephone when my twin sister and her two
eldest sons came to visit during my 6 week stay in hospital due to a
bacterial infection on the brain.

If I may be querulous and bitter just for one moment--I felt, the most
likely cause for that contagion of disease was due to someone carelessly
feeding the pigeons at the Intersection of Elizabeth Street and Flinders
Street--that the fecal matter from these birds, with the radiant summer
heat and pedestrian traffic, could in the rapid dispersal of these
birds, cause an uplift of the bacterium which necessitated the
hospitalization.

Same thing happens at the Bourke Street Mall.

I'm practiced at walking through Lake Guthridge Bird Sanctuary in Sale,
Gippsland without distressing the indigenous wildlife.

Am I to view Dr. Peter Sternhell's opinion of my religious beliefs in
relation to marriage (given that Jewish Orthodoxy performed their first
religious ceremony in relation to gay spouses on Sunday 21 September
2008) expressed prior to 15 July 2008 Papal visit--may be viewed as
anti-Semitic and this is given weight by the castigating of my General
Practitioner who is ancestrally Jewish--I reminded him that there were
Rabbis represented in his family name and although I do not subscribe to
religious asceticism, the Jewish Kabbalistic elements to which I
referred ma well have a history in Sigmund Freud's development of
Analytical Psychiatry--but more importantly is the Paradigm of mind (ie.
the vCube shown below) to the natural principles of governance
associated to Australia being a Dutch possession colonised by the
British according to a Genesis Principle and Letters Patent of 1900 to
the Commonwealth of 1901.

That Dr Sternhell's remarks are offensive and a disrespect to the
autonomic right associated to the diversity of Jewish religious belief
and regulative freewill under the Commonwealth accompanying duty to
governance.

So this is the problem for Saint Vincent's Hospital with respect to Dr
Bruce Brew (neurology), Dr Sam Milliken (hematology) and Dr. Peter
Sternhell (Mental Health Services) and the autonomic right of the
patient by virtue of the fact to mental health records as opinions
voluntary and under my own volition sought from the respective with
Doctors in relation to an uncertain prognosis related to High-Grade
non-Hodgkins Lymphoma (suspected Burkitts) given in October 1995 as 10%
survival, with 90% mortality in 2 years.

With the statements by Peter Sternhell "spent much of 2008.5.21 today's
interview telling me about the dispute with the insurance company and
referred often to a very complex philosophical and metaphysical system
that he has developed. It involves use of number, numerology, elements
of the Jewish Kabbalah, use of the lunar calendar and the original
Julian calendar.

His speech was rapid and pressured, but interruptible. He described
himself as being under stress. His affect was dysphoric, intense and

political treatise including the DAO TE CHING. He felt that people
discriminate against him as he is Dutch and the people who are married
within a religious faith are automatically against him because he is gay
and HIV-positive.

He held these beliefs with absolute conviction.

I consider him to have a delusional disorder. That is, that he hold a
very complex system of beliefs that other people do not understand and
which tends to impinge adversely on much of his life due to his
pre-Occupation with it. It also reflects his continuing antipathy
towards organised religion, particularly the Catholic Church. Much of
the antipathy, of course, has a justifiable basis, eg: the homophobic
comments that are made by senior clergy of various faiths from time to
time."

There is nothing like marriage laws which are indistinguishable from
fascism, recognized and awarded by the Queen as John Howard's 30 years
of duty to State--to bring out the fighting spirit in people.

The British Sovereign and Her governance is indistinguishable from
German fascism of 1933 to 1945--Her laying of wreaths in commemoration
of 90 years since World War I is hypocrisy.
