Not only that, but in some cases the ADR sells for less than the originating
stock. Apparently, it seems Mr. Dubya feels the custodian bank holding the ADR
is ripping him off when dividends are paid.

There are no money market funds at Interactive Brokers. They pay no
interest at all on the first $10,000 of idle cash.. Also be aware that
commissions for overseas trades are several dollars higher than for
domestic trades.

But...

Those commissions for trades on a foreign exchanges are about the same as
commissions other brokers charge for a US trade.
