A rego plate is so they can be booked
when they ride throught red lights,
skip up on the footpath,
charge onto the pedestrian crossing in front of a car that had a turn arrow,
which only just missed them
nearly clock a greyhair waiting on the other side
while the rider swerved and wobbled and looked indignantly over their shoulder
then 30 metres later swerve wide onto a side road
causing a tradesmans ute and the car behind them to crashstop
Then giving all and sundry the finger.
The confidence they continually demonstrate
in my ability to react to random actions
and thus avoid crushing their fragile bodies into pulp
is most touching.
However , I do so wish they wouldn't.
It is entirely selfish on my part.
I dislike paperwork.
